Kenneth Ross, Solicitor & Notary Public
Kenny has been one of our Firm’s Solicitors for over 30 years and is able to assist clients with a wide range of work. Originally from Fife, he is a graduate of Glasgow University and trained in Edinburgh with a full-service law firm. He also worked in-house for a national housebuilder dealing with plot sales and missives before joining us in Elgin in 1993. He became a Partner in the Firm in 1999.
He is able to assist Executor clients deal with the winding up of estates following a bereavement including obtaining Confirmation from the Court (the Scottish form of probate) and the ingathering of estates. He also advises clients on the completion of Wills and Powers of Attorney and the discharge of security following repayment of a mortgage.
Kenny is a Director of a b + s estate agents and for many years has assisted clients with their house purchases and sales and other property related matters.
